I was trying to find more about exercise videos online and I was glad there was a lot of information about it online. It was actually overwhelming that after a while I am at lost as to which one is best for someone like me. No non 12 step, I need a lot of steps…little steps if there is to help me get back on track and be on my way to having a regular exercise routine. From no exercise to a regular exercise is a huge step for me so I need to take it slowly to make sure I go through with this. It’s not going to be easy and I want to pace myself.
